Any Town form posted here can be downloaded to print, fill out and return to the Town Hall office.
Pet License
Currently Dog Licenses are $5.00 if spayed or neutered and $10.00 if not. Persons 60 years or older shall pay no fee for one spayed or neutered animal. If not spayed or neutered then the fee is the same as all other citizens whether multiple animals or not, spayed or neutered. No more than 3 canines are allowed at one location within the town. (4-2 Town Code)
Business License
All persons and/or businesses who sell retail products or provide retail services within the town boundaries shall be required to be licensed by the town. Business licenses can be obtained by filling out a business license application and submitting with the appropriate fee to the Town. If your business is located within the town limits and is not mobile, a business license can be obtained. Business license application If you qualify as a Transient Business then you will need to fill out the Transient Business license application.
